COOKING INSTRUCTIONS –Â
1. In a kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté 2 crushed tomatoes (100g) with 1 pack of Nimkish Paneer Butter Masala until oil separates.
2. Put 1 cup milk along with 5-6 tbsp cream/beaten malai and continue stirring till it boils.
3. Add 200g paneer cubes and 2 tbsp butter and let it simmer for 5 – 10 minutes or until curry is thick. Garnish with coriander and serve with naan or chapatti.
