COOKING INSTRUCTIONS –

One box contains 2 packs of the spice mix. Use 1 pack to make Chilli Paneer (dry) and the other pack to make the curry. Follow the instructions to make an amazing dish.

1. Mix 1 pack of Nimkish Chilli Paneer Masala with 2 tbsp water and 2 tbsp oil. Coat 200g paneer cubes in it properly and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

2. Shallow fry the paneer cubes on a flat pan on medium heat until golden brown.

3. In a wok, put 2 tbsp oil and add 1 medium sized diced capsicum and onion and stir fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

4. Mix the other pack of Nimkish spice mix to 3/4th cup water (200ml) and put it in the wok. Boil once on high heat and then add the fried paneer and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until desired consistency. Garnish with spring onion. (Note: Add 1 cup (300ml) water for gravy.)

Tip: Add 1 – 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and boil once for a slightly sweeter flavour.
